About this Event
The Maryland LGBT Chamber will provide a platform for small and diverse businesses to meet one-on-one with national Suppliers and Buyers/Procurement professionals who can assist them in ways to generate wealth for organizational growth while building strategic partnerships.
We will hold a panel talk with three speakers and then participants will have the opportunity to be matched with several of the national Suppliers and Buyers/Procurement professionals.

Kevin Deese joined M&T Bank’s Corporate Procurement department in 2020 after earning an MBA and a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Minnesota. Prior to his graduate studies, he held roles in operations management and vendor management consulting. Outside of his work leading M&T Bank’s Supplier Diversity Program, Kevin is actively involved in LGBTQ+ and HIV advocacy in Minnesota and Buffalo, NY. Kevin is especially happy to participate in events with the Maryland LGBT Chamber of Commerce as he came to understand his own queer identity while earning his undergraduate degree at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis and has many fond memories of Maryland.
